Clean, spacious flat by the beach with helpful hosts. Good location, close to the sea and away from the town center. Well-equipped with washing machine and full kitchen. Lovely sea view from the front room. A great find for family vacations.

It was lovely on sea. There was nice bedroom, comfy bed and pillows.

we had a such great stay in southend-on-sea close enough to a lovely park, the sea, and a lake. the host met us with warm welcome. for safety measures it had smoke detectors. the location was fantastic for exploring sea life adventure aquarium, that is set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the apartment.

The apartment has a cozy and homely feel, with a charming seaside theme that made me feel relaxed and at ease. The two bedrooms were perfect for my stay, allowing me to have a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge and an oven, making it easy for me to cook my own meals and save money. I loved watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the evenings, it was like having a mini movie theater in the apartment. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a huge convenience for me, as I was able to do laundry without having to leave the accommodation.

Personally, I wish the bathroom had a shower instead of just a bath. But that's just my preference, others might enjoy a relaxing bath.

Comfortable place for exploring Southend-on-Sea. Nice welcome from owner. Unbeatable setting very close to a lovely Park with a lake, the sea and town centre. Located very close to the beach.

This beachfront property with a balcony and free parking was perfect for sunbathing and people-watching. Free WiFi helped me avoid interacting with anyone else.

Oh, shucks! I wish I had to walk a little further to get to the nearest airport and Adventure Island.

The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and a beautiful park with a lake. The sea view from the front room window was stunning, and the seaside-themed decorations and furnishings added to the charm. The flat was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for our small family. The free wifi and TV in the front room and one of the bedrooms kept us entertained, and the heating could be adjusted to our liking. The shower was fantastic, and we appreciated the welcome guide folder provided by Lorna, which helped us navigate everything we needed to know about the flat.

Although the flat was a bit far from the town center, it provided an opportunity for enjoyable morning and evening walks. Additionally, I would suggest adding clear distinction between flat A and B to avoid confusion upon arrival.
